Argus Media France SAS (”Argus”, Formerly Agritel Sarl), 10, avenue de la Grande Armée, 75017 Paris, France (“Agritel®” meaning Agritel Sarl and its directly or indirectly wholly-owned subsidiaries) was acquired by Argus Media Limited in July 2020 and is thus part of the “Argus Group” (“we” or “ours” or “). The Argus group is made up of different legal entities, information about which is detailed here. With this Privacy Policy and the Argus Group Privacy Policy we inform you of the scope and purposes of the Processing of your Personal Information by Argus and other Data Processors or Processors within the Argus Group, as well as the rights you have regarding the Processing of your Personal Information.

If your Personal Information is transferred from Argus Media France SAS to Argus Group companies located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) which are not in Relevant Jurisdictions, such transfer will be carried out in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses. Argus Media France SAS and other Argus Group companies may also use your Personal Information in accordance with the Argus Privacy Policy to form an opinion on products, services and offers that we think you may want or need, or that may be of interest you.
